What personal data is processed

Depending on how you use the website, personal data may include:

  • Name, company name and email address included in an email message
  • Information voluntarily included in your message, such as project, system or contact details
  • Technical data processed through hosting and server logs, such as IP address, request time, browser or user agent and requested URL

How personal data is collected

Personal data may be collected when you:

  • Send Memory(One) an email
  • Visit the website, which may generate hosting or server log data

The intro-call slot picker on the Contact page is a local placeholder. Selecting a visible slot does not send information to Memory(One), create a calendar event, store data in the browser or connect to a third-party scheduling service. At launch, this website does not provide a contact submission database, newsletter signup, analytics tooling or third-party enquiry service.

Purposes and legal basis

Personal data may be processed for these purposes:

  • Responding to enquiries and related follow-up, based on legitimate interests in communicating with potential clients and understanding whether Memory(One) can help
  • Taking steps prior to entering into a contract, where an enquiry relates to a possible engagement
  • Operating, securing and diagnosing the website, based on legitimate interests in maintaining a secure and reliable website
  • Meeting legal obligations where applicable, such as accounting, compliance or record-keeping requirements

No analytics tools are used at launch, and this website does not use personal data for newsletter marketing, tracking or profiling.

Email contact

Direct contact may be handled by email. Email messages may include your name, company, email address and information you voluntarily include in the message. This information is used to respond to your message and manage related follow-up.

Do not send passwords, credentials, sensitive personal data or confidential system access details by email.

Server logs and website operation

Hosting and server logs may process technical data such as IP address, request time, browser or user agent and requested URL. This data may be processed for website operation, security, abuse prevention and diagnostics.

Recipients and processors

Personal data may be processed by service providers used to operate the website and email communication. Processor details must be reviewed before publication. Likely processor categories include hosting provider, email provider and domain or DNS provider.

International transfers

Processor locations and any international transfer arrangements must be reviewed before publication. If personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, the relevant safeguards should be described here.

Retention

Personal data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was processed, including responding to enquiries, managing related follow-up, maintaining business records and meeting legal obligations. Specific retention periods must be reviewed before publication.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law and the processing activity, you may have the right to:

  • Access personal data processed about you
  • Have inaccurate personal data corrected
  • Request erasure of personal data
  • Request restriction of processing
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Request data portability where applicable
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal

To exercise your rights, contact hello@memoryone.eu .

Right to complain

You have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) about the processing of your personal data. You may also contact Memory(One) first so the issue can be reviewed directly.

Security

Memory(One) takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No website or email communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Automated decision-making and profiling

Memory(One) does not use automated decision-making or profiling in connection with this website at launch.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
